Shipping Processing Time (UAE Orders)

All orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. The order will be delivered in 2-3 business days. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates for UAE Orders

We offer FREE shipping on orders above AED 90.

Shipping charges: AED 10 (below the purchase of AED 90)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Airwaybill number/Tracking Number will be communicated via email once the order is shipped.

Damages

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a return.

COD Orders (Only for UAE orders)

COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are verified before the dispatch. If we have concerns regarding the address provided in your order, we will reach out to verify. Orders will be shipped only if the phone number and address are verified.
