You may return the purchased product if it does not meet your expectations.

  • We have a 10-day return policy, subject to the following conditions:

  • Must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with tags, Laboratory Reports (if provided) intact
  • The product was not damaged while in your possession.
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
  1. Initiating a Return
  • Contact customer service via email(returns@crystalsouq.ae)/WhatsApp (+971 56 2527478). Expect instructions, maybe a pick-up service
  • Provide order number, reason, and possibly photos (if damaged).
  1. Shipping Costs
  • AED 0 – 10, depending on the case
  1. Refund Method & Timing
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method or store wallet/credit. Processing can take 7–14 working days.
  • Exchanges are typically only available for defective or mislabelled products.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days with photos, and we will replace it at no additional cost.

If customers are discovered to be abusing the return policy by:

  1. Returning excessively
  2. Returning items not in their original condition

Crystalsouq.ae reserves the right to terminate those customer accounts as deemed appropriate.
